We feel that in order to build a strong customer relationship honesty from the outset is very important. This particular clients chosen keywords were too competitive for us to be able to commit to achieving a 1st page position within the 6 month guarantee period, although we did mention that we were confident we could help them by targeting some less competitive and more focused keywords. Unfortunately, our suggestions were rejected by the client and couldn't proceed with the enquiry. As part of our honest approach we would rather not make promises we cannot keep and - in any case we aren't able to offer our guarantees - always offer advice on alternatives that are beneficial to the client and their requirements.

Whats your problem? I don't even know about this company I have absolutely nothing to do with them. But after coming across your review it made absolutely no sense. They came back to you and admitted the keywords were too competitive, at least they are being honest and telling you before they take your money. You should be grateful for that! God some people!

They make claims they cannot keep! After viewing their site I approached them asking if they could offer Top 10 listing for my designer bags website. After waiting for 48 hours for a response I was told my keywords were too competitive and they would only take my account if I waivered the guarantees.
