Friends of the Nickey Line
Friends of the Nickey Line are a local support group for the old railway line between Hemel Hempstead and Harpenden. We obtained Big Lottery funding for a new website and approached a selection of web design companies for a quote. The cheapest we received for our specification was £6000 – way above our funds. Local Hertfordshire web design and marketing company Net Commerce Solutions stepped in with a very much lower figure, one within our budget. They gave us lots of help to create the site content and optimise it for search engines. They developed the site quickly and we are delighted with it. It is attractive and we have received lots of compliments on it. People can find it easily and we get lots of enquiries through it. The admin system is powerful and easy to use. The hosting is reliable and we have had no problems. Overall we could not recommend them more highly.
