What an awful company, avoid at all costs. I signed up for a 6 month contract, before the end of which I sent a letter notify that I wish to cancel our contract at the end of the 6 months. Now they are saying I have to continue to pay because they do not accept notification before the actual end. i.e they expect you to phone on the actual day. They have my cancellation letter on file, but insist that becuase I did not contact them on the actual day, I still owe them money.
I find this disgustingly greedy trying to wean out one final payment. I would not be leaving if they had delivered what they promised. The actual seo has been poor, after speaking to another seo company they said that First Found performance was amatuerish and found many mistakes.

i have to disagree with the reviews i've seen here, they've done amazing work for me! my site is now hovering around the 2nd/3rd place on page 1 of google and i'm number 1 for other searchs related to my site. If you search for the 2 words of my site alone you'll see there's 2.7 million results so for me to be within the top 3 is just brilliant! all this from just a few months work! i would recommend these guys any day!

Have to say I agree with all of the above. Very poor telemarketing and lack of technical understanding.
Did not want to listen to what we wanted and had a very poor response deriding another company who we decided to use.
